Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, 88FSS facilities are either closed or operating under different hours. For a current list of the status of 88FSS facilities, click here.

ID Card Section

All customers are required to wear a face mask. If you are coming to base to receive a new CAC, please bring your laptop with you. Once you get a new card, you will need to connect your computer to the Air Force Network on base and log into it. If you don't complete this step, you will not be able to log into your system or VPN.

As of April 7, 2020, only the following services will be offered in-person by the 88FSS ID card section:

  • CACs that are expired, corrupt, expiring within the next 7 days, or new civilian hires.
  • Schedule an appointment by calling the FSS Customer Support main line at (937) 522-3664.
  • No walk-ins except for lost cards and pin-resets.
  • Please see “Exemptions to Policy In Response to COVID-19” for more specific guidance on other services offered.
