Airman Leadership School (ALS) is the first level of the Enlisted Professional Military Education (EPME) continuum and prepares senior Airmen to be professional, war-fighting Airmen who can supervise and lead Air Force work teams to support the employment of airpower. Completion is required to assume the grade of Staff Sergeant.
The mission of Chief Master Sergeant Grace A. Peterson ALS is to provide the education necessary to be professional, war-fighting Airmen who can supervise and lead Air Force work teams to support the employment of air, space and cyberspace power.
