ID Card Section Day-to-Day Operations Change

Effective March 24 the Military Personnel Flight's ID Card section will be changing their day-to-day operations due to COVID-19 pandemic circumstances. Please see below for the listing of changes: 

  • MPF ID Card section will only see those whose ID cards are either expired, corrupt, or expiring within the next 7 days. 
  • No walk-ins except for lost cards and pin-resets. 
  • Those promoting on April 1 must wait until there is no longer a mission essential priority.
  • Appointments 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. that will be limited to 60 slots per day (vice 88). You can schedule an appointment by calling the Customer Support main line at 937-522-3664.
