The Air Force Art Contest is BACK!

Contest Details: 

Artists may enter up to two (2) artwork entries in both the 2D and 3D competitions.
Judging will be based on submitted photos of the artwork. Art experts selected at the discretion of AFSVC will evaluate and assign a score to each entrant's artwork based on impact, creativity, and technical criteria. 

The topics for this year's Art Contest are "Heritage", "Thoughts in the Air", and "Under the Sea".

Entries will be accepted March 1 - April 30, 2024, via forcesupport.awardsplatform.com.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three entrants in each category.
Only one prize is awarded per entrant.

Art Details: 

2D Art is considered to be two-dimensional as a drawing, sketch, or painting. Accepted media include oil, watercolor, acrylic, pastel, mixed media, gouache, egg tempera, pen and ink, charcoal, colored pencil, scratch board, markers and metal point. (No digital art)

3D Art is considered to be three-dimensional such as, sculpture, ceramic, pottery, clay, glass art, metals, jewelry, wood, fiber, and textile.

Categories Include:

*Art entries must be accomplished by the youth participant but submitted by the legal parent or guardian. 

Winners & Prizes:

Winners will be notified via the email provided during the submission process.

Prizes are awarded to the top three (3) winners in each category:

First Place: $500 Amazon Gift Card

Second Place: $400 Amazon Gift Card

Third Place: $300 Amazon Gift Card

Entries must be submitted by April 30 at 11:59 pm CST.
